The Alabama Secretary of State's Office does not mail UCC forms out to businesses. Businesses pay the filing fee at the time of submission. The Secretary of State will never mail an invoice to you. UCC forms may only be completed online or submitted by mail to the following address: PO Box 5616, Montgomery, AL 36103.
